My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date provided, please email us art@kynkyny.com.
What can I do if my order is damaged, or I receive the wrong artwork?
KYNKYNY takes great care to pack your artwork and ensure you receive it in perfect condition. If your work is damaged or incorrect, please email us art@kynkyny.com, including photographs clearly showing the damage or incorrect work, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The gallery works to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. For domestic orders, it may take up to 1 week to receive your order, and for international orders, it may take up to 3 weeks after dispatch..
Is there any way for me to track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, the gallery will share tracking information with you at the contact details provided. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at art@kynkyny.com.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING RELATED QUERIES
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are charged as actuals which depend on the size and weight of the artwork, and whether it has to be shipped flat or rolled in a tube. KYNKYNY offers custom shipping options at request for international orders. If you live outside India and would like the gallery to ship art to your country, please write to art@kynkyny.com.
How will my artwork be packaged for shipping?
KYNKYNY ensures that each artwork is packed with the utmost care. You can see a short video on how the gallery packages artwork here.
Who are your shipping partners?
For domestic shipping, the gallery works with DTDC. For international shipping, the gallery works with FedEx and DHL.
Do purchased artworks come framed? Will KYNKYNY help me frame my purchased artwork?
Most artworks come framed, and the gallery can reframe any works to suit your needs at an additional cost. If you prefer to receive your artwork unframed, let us know at the time that you make your purchase.

How do I care for my artwork?
Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight and moisture, and if needed, dust lightly with a lint free cloth or brush.
Are the artworks original?
KYNKYNY is committed to ensuring authenticity and preserving the integrity of all original artworks. Each piece at KYNKYNY is an original work of art that has been signed by the artist and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Are the artworks signed by the artist?
Yes, each artwork is signed by the artist. Some artists may choose to sign on the painting itself, while some artists sign behind the painting.
PAYMENT RELATED QUERIES
What payment methods does KYNKYNY accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer or credit/debit cards through the online payment link provided at the time of checkout. The gallery does not accept cash payments.
Can I make my payments in installments?
KYNKYNY requires all payments to be made in full before delivery.
Does KYNKYNY have a refund or return policy?
KYNKYNY does not entertain requests for refunds or returns once the purchase has been finalised. If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact art@kynkyny.com.

Does KYNKYNY host events? How can I find out about them?
Most of KYNKYNY’s events such as exhibition openings are hosted at the gallery itself. To find out about these events, you can subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates from the gallery, or follow us on our Instagram or Facebook pages.
Our gallery is not available on rent.

KYNKYNY is located in the heart of Bangalore, at :

The address is easily available on Google and Apple Maps, as well as on all major ride-hailing services such as Uber and Ola.
What are the gallery hours?
KYNKYNY is open from 11am - 6pm from Monday - Saturday. The gallery is closed on Sundays.

Can I commission a painting?
Yes, KYNKYNY can assist you in commissioning a painting from artists affiliated with the gallery. However, do note that not every artist takes commissions. Please email art@kynkyny.com, including the artist you would like to work with and any specifics about the painting you have in mind.

Yes, KYNKYNY is happy to assist you in selecting the perfect piece for your space. We offer detailed guidance on the same, tailoring our insights to suit your preferences, tastes, and budget.
